STARS (Sexual Trauma and Recovery Service) - For both young people and adults: Independant Sexual Violence Advisor; Counselling, Helpline 

Substance Misuse - Specialist Services for Young People

Trick Box - simple, fun and effective emotional management and personal development programme, Early Years, key stages 1 and 2 and their families 

Young Carers Project - Support for Children and Young People (aged 5-18) who are identified as Young Carers.

Counselling Service (Redlands Community) - the service is provided on an affordable contributions basis to those on a low income

Dorpip (Dorset Parent Infant Partnership) - provide specialist therapy for families struggling to form safe, secure relationships with their infants from conception to age two. 

Kooth - free online counselling and emotional well-being platform for children and young people, accessible through mobile, tablet and desktop.

Parent Talk - (Action for Children) talk one-to-one with a qualified parenting coach, resources, advice and information

Safe Families for Children - (Referrals must be made through ART Brokerage). Staffed by volunteers who can provide tailored help and ‘wraparound’ care in the family home

ChatHealth is a secure and confidential text messaging service for 11-19 year olds staffed by school nursing team. Text to 07480 635511 for advice: sexual and emotional health, alcohol, drugs and smoking etc

Connection - a 24/7 Mental Health Helpline

NHS Local Service Finder - Sexual Health, Mental Health, Urgent Care, etc

Recovery Education Centre - provides education and training for over 18's affected by mental health problems, focusing on self-management, self-determination, choice and responsibility

Steps to Wellbeing - free, confidential, NHS service for people aged 18+ offering a range of treatments for people experiencing problems with low mood/depression, anxiety, stress or other common mental health problems



BCP Housing Early Prevention Service - help to avoid eviction

BCHA - A range of services for young people and adults centred around Sheltered Housing, Employability & Skills

Shelter helps people struggling with bad housing or homelessness through advice, support and legal services to support appeals
