BCP Family Information Directory (FID)
The Family Information Directory and Service provides information on local organisations, activities & events, Childcare and services relevant to families and professionals; As well as informative sections on Health & Wellbeing, Welfare & Employment and Schools and Learning.
The staff of the Family Information Service also provide a helpline and email service that is free, confidential and impartial to families of children and young people aged 0 to19. This is extended to age 25 for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
The Family Information Service can help with a range of issues regarding family life. It’s a good starting point for parents, grandparents or carers who have a question but don't know where to go.
The SEND Local Offer provides information on activities and services for children and young people aged 0-25 with special educational needs and disabilities.

- Visit the Welcome Area, above Poole Central Library, Dolphin Centre between 9.00am-5.15pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am-4.45pm on Fridays.
